Take some deep, slow breaths and allow the warm water and steam to envelop your senses as the polish works to reveal a beautiful, luminous glow. Once or twice a week is perfect to keep your skin smooth and refreshed. If your skin is sensitive, gently smooth the polish over your skin without any massage and relax while the fruit acids exfoliate for 5 minutes.
