MAGNESIUM
is an essential mineral for general good health and is crucial to nerve transmission, blood coagulation and energy production. Magnesium deficiency can be caused by some prescription and over-the-counter medications such as antibiotics, cortisone, diuretics and painkillers.
Vitamin-B deficiency can lead to impaired mental alertness, reduced performance, depressive mood, manic behaviour, physical weakness and diabetes.
PANMOL B-COMPLEX
is a complete vitamin-B complex containing the 8 familiar B-group of vitamins obtained from quinoa sprouts and shows an up 400% higher bioavailability and remain longer in the body than synthetic B-vitamins.
BOSWELLIA
Also known as Indian frankincense, is a herbal extract taken from the Boswellia serrata tree.
Resin made from boswellia extract has been used for centuries in Asian and African folk medicine. It’s believed to treat chronic inflammatory illnesses and pain associated with such conditions.
How boswellia works?
Four acids in boswellia resin contribute to the herb’s anti-inflammatory properties. These acids inhibit 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO), an enzyme that produces leukotriene. Acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid (AKBA) is thought to be the most powerful of the four Boswellia acids.
Note: The new batch of magnesium now has a higher quality Vitamin B complex than the previous Panmol B.
The difference? Vitamin B complex refers to not one, but eight different vitamins and this will make the powder appear a brighter yellow colour and may require a bit more vigorous stirring or shaking.
